FROM BLANG! RECORDS:

Peckham based electro duo Vagrant Lovers are Kirsty Allison, author and editor of venerable poetry magazine Ambit and electro-punk musician Gil De Ray. They release their debut single on Blang this Autumn, 21 September, with digital availability from 9 September.
On A side Paradise Burns Allison melts in the heat of a burning Garden Of Eden. Coiling synths evaporate from an earthy minimalist bass riff while lo-fi percussion clicks and tolls like an analogue temperature monitor.

B side Rock'n'Roll Is A Death Wish muses on the connection between stardom and early deaths over an insistent primal beat.

Both sides are produced by Chestnutt of Snapped Ankles/Floating World Pictures. The third track on the digital release is a remix of Paradise Burns by JIZ - John Gosling (Psychic TV/Mekon) and Isabelle de Jour.
